📝 Summary

A great place to enjoy authentic Greek dishes as well as local specialties, such as skewered meat.
Plus, the decor—featuring neutral colors like white and beige, along with clean lines—creates a calm atmosphere.
Definitely worth a visit. That said, it’s worth noting that prices for some items have risen considerably in 2026.

🍴Food

The food was really good, and everything tasted amazing. Everything on the menu looks so good that it’s hard to decide what to order—I would have ordered a lot more just to try it all.
Plus, even though the portions were generous and we left feeling full, our digestion was very easy, which we really appreciated.

During our visit, we enjoyed the following dishes:

  • Sardinas
The house appetizer was grilled sardines. They were really good.
On another occasion, they served us anchovies.
  • Meze Tray €47 ⭐️
The platter includes a little bit of every Mezzedes dish on the menu.
It’s perfect for trying them all, but it’s quite a large portion, so it’s best to share it among several people.
We shared it among four of us, along with another appetizer, and then each of us had a main course—and we were completely satisfied.
    Highly recommended
    • Tzatziki: yogurt, garlic, white vinegar, and dill – Delicious
    • Tyrokafteri: spicy feta mousse – Very good
    • Taramosalata: cod roe mousse and and salmon roe – Good
    • Melitzanosalata: aubergine salad with pine nuts, parsley, and white vinegar – Good, it’s kind of like hummus
    • Pulpo Ksidato: marinated grilled octopus with a rosemary pickled dressing – Good
    • Served with bread and pita bread. The portion might be a little small compared to the amount of Mezzedes, so you may need to order more bread (€5).
  • Dakos Salad €23
“Mixed heritage tomatoes, cretan paximadi bread, olive shavings, capers, and feta.”
The salad was very good, and there was plenty of feta cheese—which we really appreciated, since sometimes they serve a salad with just a few small cubes of cheese.
Plus, the presentation in a mold was a pleasant surprise—you wouldn’t expect it to be served that way.

  • Moussaka €26
“Roasted eggplant, beef ragù, roasted potatoes, and mornay sauce.”
The dish was very good, although the portion is a bit small if you want it as a main course. It’s best as an appetizer—or, if you’re not very hungry, as a couple of appetizers.
In our case, it was enough as a main course, thanks to the appetizers we shared (a meze tray and the dakos salad).

  • Cod €30
“Bacalao – poached bacalao (cod) with chickpea ragout, egg-lemon sauce.”
The fish was delicious—very tender and juicy. A real treat.

  • Giouvetsi €36 ⭐️
“Slow-cooked beef cheek, orzo pasta, and graviera mousse.”
The dish was spectacular. The meat was juicy and melted in your mouth. The orzo and its sauce were perfect.
    Highly recommended
  • Seafood Orzo €37
    “Seafood orzo pasta.”
The dish was very good. Although orzo is the main ingredient, it’s more like a seafood rice dish with broth, so it’s not all that special.

Even though we were full, we felt like treating ourselves, so we went for dessert—and we couldn’t have made a better choice. They were fantastic!

  • Baklava €15 ⭐️
“Filo pastry, pistachio cream, and pistachio ice cream.”
We couldn’t resist. A pretty typical greek dessert with filo pastry and pistachios.
    Highly recommended
  • Portokalopita €15 ⭐️
“Orange cake, clementine sorbet, and peach custard.”
We couldn’t resist the description of the citrus fruits, since we were looking for something fresher to balance out the baklava, and it was a great choice. Everything was delicious, and even though the citrus fruits are a little bitter, the flavors were perfectly balanced.
    Highly recommended

🍷 Drinks

In our case, standard drinks (water, soft drinks, and beer) cost €5–8, which was a reasonable price given the restaurant’s level and the cost of the dishes.

  • Bottle of water €5
  • Beer €7-8

💶 Price

💰💰💰 €50-100

In our case, it came to about €65.5 per person, with 4 of us sharing the 2 appetizers and 2 desserts, and ordering one main course and 1–2 drinks (other than wine) per person.

👥 Staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

📍Place

The restaurant has a spacious terrace right on the beach. It’s very relaxing and peaceful. Plus, the white-and-beige decor conveys a sense of calm and serenity.
Lunch is usually quieter, while dinner is livelier.

💳 Non-show fee

When making a reservation, you must provide a credit card to complete the process and secure a deposit.

The no-show fee is €25 per person if you do not show up or cancel at least 24 hours in advance, although this applies only to dinner reservations.
