📝 Summary

A place that stays in your memory, thanks to the food, the decor, and the staff. Definitely highly recommended.

🍴Food

The food was very good and the spaghetti was cooked to perfection, as it can sometimes be too al dente for our taste.

However, we were left wanting more, as the portions were a little small, which would be the only point of criticism.
The truth is that with a starter to share and one pasta dish per person, it falls short, which is what we usually order.

💡 Tips: If you order dishes to share, please let them know, as they prepare the dishes in two portions so that everyone can enjoy their own individual dish.

On the other hand, Noi has set menus, but they must be ordered for the entire table. In addition, there is a time limit for ordering them: before 14h45 for lunch service and 21h45 for dinner service. Therefore, after these times, there is no guarantee that you will be able to enjoy the set menus.

  • «From South to North» tasting menu (Menú degustación «de Sur a Norte»)
Comprising 10 courses: 6 starters, 2 pasta dishes, and 2 desserts.
  • Pasta menu 60€
Comprising 6 courses: bread service, 4 pasta dishes, and 1 dessert.
  • Light menua (Menú leggero) 55€
Comprising 6 courses: bread service, 3 starters, 1 pasta dish, and 1 dessert.

In our case, we did not order a menu, but we enjoying the following dishes.

  • Homemade bread service and olive oil tasting 5€
The bread is served warm and is delicious. It’s impossible to resist eating it, and you’ll finish it before your meal arrives.
On the other hand, it should be noted that although it seems to be brought as a courtesy, it is not, and it appears on the bill. It is true that it appears on the menu, but since it is brought without asking, it ends up being one of those things that is not appreciated.
  • Parmigiana 25€
“Soft foam of 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano with fried eggplant, buffalo mozzarella from Campania DOP, and traditional Genovese pesto.”
Parmigiana is one of Italy’s classic dishes, but here it is presented in a completely new way, as well as being absolutely delicious. The mozzarella gave it a super creamy touch and the sprinkling of tomato on top was totally innovative.
This is definitely a dish not to be missed.
  • Spaghettone cacio e pepe 24€
“Garofalo XXL spaghettone, Sardinian pecorino sauce, toasted pepper, and lime.”
The spaghetti was delicious, and the touch of lime was something new. Although in the end, the lime flavor was too strong, masking the rest of the ingredients and making it a little heavy.
  • Tagliatelle e ragú pugliese 28€
“Pugliese sausage ragout with grilled vegetables and Parmigiano Reggiano.”
The dish was good, but it didn’t surprise us that much, as it was very reminiscent of Bolognese sauce. Furthermore, there wasn’t much sausage in it, with very few pieces on the plate.
  • Chocolate truffles (courtesy with the bill)

🍷 Drinks

In our case, they were standard drinks (beer and soft drinks) 5-6€.

💶 Price

💰💰 50-75€

  • In our case, it was around 51.50€ per person for two people sharing one starter, two pasta dishes, three drinks, and bread.
  • If you prefer to have a starter, main course, dessert, drink, and bread, it would be around 77€ per person, depending on what you order.

👥 Staff

The staff were very friendly and attentive.
When you entered the restaurant and headed to your table, everyone welcomed you.
In addition, before ordering, they asked us about allergies and intolerances so they could make tailored recommendations.
Finally, when they brought the dishes, they gave us an explanation of each one.

📍Place

The restaurant is spacious and cozy, with modern décor featuring red and white as the main colors.

Time

The reservation is for 2h15, which is appreciated as it gives us more time to eat at our leisure, since the usual reservation time is 1h30.
In addition, the service is fast and allows us to eat in less time than we have available, but it is reassuring to be able to eat calmly and without the pressure of rushing, allowing us to linger a little after the meal.

💳 Non-show fee

When making the reservation, you must provide a credit card to complete the process and guarantee a deposit.
The non-show fee is 35€/person if you do not show up or cancel at least 6 hours in advance.
